Scargo Property Services is owned and operated by Terry Dinnan, who retired after 28 years of service as a police officer and investigator in Barnstable County. Our dedicated team provides home checks, after-hours business checks, and other property management services to meet the varied needs of our customers. Terry is also a bonded private investigator, licensed by the Massachusetts State Police.
